Business Information Heal With Juice 2245 E Washington St., Suite A Phoenix, AZ 85034 We are a Black woman-owned business providing fresh, organic, cold-pressed juices, wellness products, and plant-based foods to Arizona customers. 2. Service Area We currently serve Arizona only. We do not ship juices or food items out of state. All deliveries, pickups, and services are provided within Arizona. 3. Products and Services We offer: Organic cold-pressed juices Nut milks and hydration drinks Salads and “People Treats” Dog treats Detox cleanses Subscription-based juice delivery Coming soon: digital products, apparel, mugs, and more! 👉 All juices, food, and dog treats are made without preservatives. Please take note of the expiration dates on all products and store them according to the instructions provided. We do not recommend consuming products past their indicated expiration. 4. Ordering and Subscriptions Ordering is open Thursday through Sunday at 10 PM. Orders placed during this window will be prepared and delivered the following week. Delivery occurs every Wednesday between 9 AM and 9 PM. We prioritize deliveries to doctor’s offices and businesses. Pickup is available by appointment only on Thursdays and Fridays at our Phoenix location. Subscriptions automatically renew monthly unless cancelled prior to the renewal date. Customers are responsible for managing their subscription via their account. 5. Packaging and Sustainability We proudly use Eco Sip pouches—biodegradable, recyclable, compostable, and free of BPA and phthalates. For our recurring customers, we offer glass bottle service. All bottles and caps are washed and sanitized thoroughly before each reuse to ensure your safety. 6. Refunds and Exchanges We do not offer refunds once juice or food has been delivered. If there is an issue with your order, please call or text customer service. We will gladly offer an exchange of the same product, delivered with your next order. 7. Allergy Disclaimer Our juices and foods are made in a commercial kitchen where nuts, seeds, and other potential allergens may be present. While we take every precaution, cross-contamination may occur. 8. Promotions and Discounts Occasional promo codes (e.g., NEWBIE) and seasonal offers may be available. These are valid for a limited time and subject to change or cancellation without notice. 9. User Accounts Customers may create an account to manage subscriptions and track orders. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. 10. Privacy and Data Use We collect limited personal data (such as your name, email address, and delivery info) for order fulfillment and email communications.
